There is a fair chance that to test all the zones available and construct the extensive ice road system, they'll burn most of it.
WINX was around $18 mill from memory.
I'd doubt Premier would allow their money spent elsewhere other than the Area A Western leases, as they are the only ones, at this stage, that they have farmed into.
Just my thoughts though
