Another possibility is OMH taking a stake in BYH via the capital raise. OMH are taking an interest in the Mn results, whilst 'not shooting out the lights' the results are positive and could be a replacement for Bootu Ck.
Taking a stake in BYH would also help if they eventually decide to take it over. The Financial results for OMH next week will be interesting especially after seeing S32 manganese ore results today.
