I hope everyone here is correct, and the mining licence is granted.

The only delay may occur if the Prime Minister's office has some questions they want answered and have sent this back to the Mines minister for further clarification. However, I do not think this likely.

This announcement is timed to coincide with the Africa Downunder Conference in Perth in a week or so, and may have been planned this way by the Mali ministers for some time, they should now be afforded an even friendlier welcome. All smiles.

I expect the delay of the release until Wednesday is for the company to prepare an updated presentation, one that includes the new mining licence information, and the one that will also be presented at the Africa Downunder conference in a week or so.
