Yeah we have a great asset, but it's all about survival at this point. Multiple companies will shut doors in the coming 18-24 months. Companies which have a lot of debt and higher production costs, like PLS are the most vulnerable. I am starting to think the failure of this company is more likely than its success. Might have to abandon soon.
GXY half yearly shows they only received a selling price of 584 US$/dmt, down from 950 US$/dmt in the same period past year. They have a much lower cost of production (US$387/dmt produced) and barely made a profit. How will PLS survive? Looks increasingly unlikely I am sad to say.
