you do know if you can get 5% of shareholders to put there holdings together you could demand an extraordinary meeting, to get the answers you need, are you going to survive, no one knows but if Ken has made sure the contract is watertight by ensuring the basic CHOP was put on the contract and at a minimum photographed for proof I believe you will survive
