Oz I am a little surprised that with all your research you don’t seem to have picked up how close to the wind they are sailing.
They need to address their profitability:

Li price down 30% ?
ta price down heaps too but at least they are addressing this issue
Recent announcement 7/8/2019 shows recovery at a lousy 55%

PLS need to make a profit to stay in business but there can’t be much margin there now, if any. Recovery of 55% Li means the other 45% of the Li is being chucked out in the waste. Even after 1 year of processing they are recovering only 10% more Li than what they are throwing away in tailings. Has it improved at all in the 12 months of operation ? No wonder nobody wants to pay top dollar for the business.

A massive 36% increase is needed to get recovery up to speed if they hope to ever reach the DFS 75% TAR which would undoubtedly be quite profitable. These figures are so bad that I am even worried that perhaps the good doc is sleeping with the enemy, so to speak.

They apparently have mods planned to the recovery circuits that should be finished mid October. I hope these plans include some major, major improvements (hopefully to the fines circuit) and maybe a magic wand or two ! It certainly needs to be considerably more than just a bit of tweaking here and there.

I have rang their office a number of times seeking more info on the mods but can’t get onto investor relations and they haven’t called back.
