Oh oh Duh ! Now what does this mean.
Is it simply a confirmation of the sale and a complete setting out of the detail about the payments made and to come plus any other interesting little developments?
OR does this mean another huge hiccup in the attempts to sell the Mill and Adaman has failed to deliver by the deadline of August 31st ?

I have a sinking feeling that it could be the latter.
Back to square one then I guess if that is the case. For Sale sign goes up again. Hope not.
