I would suggest the TH itself doesn’t imply good or bad news and that there will be one every time whether the hole is dry or whether they’ve reached TD and are conducting wireline logging/analysing the results - particularly as it’s a JV with another listed entity (whether or not they think it’s material.) More importantly, the timing of the TH indicates an earlier than expected conclusion to the drilling. I can think of positive and negative reasons for that posters here might be better off speculating on? The timing of the Buffalo Ann is purely coincidental, released in a timely manner as a result of the Timor Govt decision as per other affected companies, imagining the drilling TH timing is linked is for the conspiracy theorists.
