I don't comment on HC as I don't have the qualifications to contribute meaningful information. I like to read the threads to gain knowledge.
I do have a question that someone may be able to answer.
Can an individual shareholder ( No matter the size of the holding) lodge an individual claim against a public company regarding a crafty announcement they knew full well could possibly blow up in their face?
If I pulled a stunt like this in the retail industry about a product we were offering we would be in a lot of trouble. We would have to compensate anyone involved in the fallout.
