It would definitely take up a lot of BNL time and energy should disgruntled holders start lodging their own individual claims against BNL through small claims tribunals etc...
If its even possible?
The paperwork alone for them would be intense. Separate individual claims would cause them serious headaches as opposed to one big class action.
