Unlikely in my view.
The baby shark..the real buyer behind UBS can either be a p&d broker/ syndicate or someone cashed up wanting a stake in NVA.
P&D syndicate unlikely to use UBS as they are more expensive. And P&D would have engineered a lot more tree shake but that didn't happened based on broker data as they haven't really sold out.
On the flipside, the buyer must have been caught off guard with the timings of this announcement. And if their goal is to become a substantial shareholder ultimately to secure a board seat, then they will be buying up more aggressively than ever.
They still need approx 20m shares to get to 5%.
