I have some feelers out to try and find out what is going on, will post if something shakes out. Could be any number of outcomes but it certainly doesn't look like the much vaunted JV sale to fund. To think Bruce could not sell 30% for the $150M we need seems astounding but there wouldn;t be a CR trading halt unless Bruce couldn't pull a JV sale that covered all costs. On that basis it is a fail, how big a fail is yet to be revealed.
