My rational sense. I may be wrong... If things were that bad , directors wouldn’t be buying shares / funding the company, if yacov believed the company is becoming insolvent, majority shareholder would’ve happily accepted more money from nasdaq which is dilutional to his shares but provided more funding, but he didn’t accept that. These are not the action of a man running for the exit.
now he is in control and knows his company best and he is the most invested . Yacov although much richer than me ( and probably most of you too), he didn’t get there by being stupid. If the truth was told that the nasdaq listing opportunity was rejected by management rather than nasdaq, he can always raise money in the future once the company sentiment is better and people willing to pay more for the shares as not dilute us out completely. We are all hurting by recent share price drop however it could be a top up opportunity.
Will wait and See.
