Ann: Trading Halt, page-60

I'm hoping for something positive. Way I see it, it can't get much worse and if it does it would have gotten there anyways. This company has a lot of explaining to do and someone needs to look after minority investors. I certainly think there is room to think some of the announcements were misleading in a suspicious way in the sense its hard to imagine that at the time the company did not know they were misleading. Its up to them to prove otherwise. As for SP, company is priced as if there are no prospects and barley a business. They have a chance to provide comfort to the market and address people's concerns. Lets see if they take it or just issue and BS update
