I'd say it's another acquisition, & quite a large one. They talked about the possibility a lot in the recent presentation. They've got $7.5M in the bank so that should be enough to fulfil any contract requirements, it would also be enough for an Odourtech sized purchase so this looks like it's a lot bigger in scale. If it works out as well I'll be happy. Just need to see the details now.
