If, Syr are reducing production or scaling back, it's actually a good strategic move. They attempted to flood the market to close down competitors, but in doing so they have shoot themself in the foot and the overall market. How do you lift prices once known as cheap? IMO, within this short period of time could be stormy weather for supply such as BSM and etc.
