If additional equity to fund business growth and take on new opportunities with guaranteed payback that adds value to existing shareholders then I am supportive. If on the other hand this CR is to provide funding for working capital due to poor financial planning, mis-management and general lack of skills at the management and director level, then DM, CFO and the chair must all resign immediately. Existing shareholders will be diluted to oblivion and the directors will be seen to have drained shareholders of hard earned dollars.
I could never understand why you would have a chair based in US for an ASX listed company with HO in Australia. Just does not make any sense particularly for a start up where the chair should be available for constant support of the COO. Skype and telephone no substitute for face to face communications.

The original goal was to list on ASX with reverse takeover of POT.asx, make solid gains in first 2 years then list on NASDAQ. I guess that plan didn't work out.
