have you thought the sole reason they need funding is to pay off the $4m due end of this month and about $11m suppliers in the current liability. We only have $3m i.n cash at bank, $3m in AR. The inventory does not count for this quarter

The finance facility only allows up to 50-75% of AR, which means they need to invoice at least $10m, in order to get funding of $7m, to pay off $4m Seisun plus $11m payables and rest. There is nothing to suggest we will have a $10m this quarter, hence the need for CR.
