Looks like the sun raised is to probably pay off the Seisun debts, not much raise to fund growth with this sort of raise.
two sides to the story.
good news is that they keep the dilution to minimal. Bad news is that they need this fund for short term, hopefully they will survive this quarter before the release of Scottish finance.
