It'll be interesting to see the fallout from this either way. If it gets approved, well, good times ahead you would think.
If it doesn't, the market may react accordingly however I believe the market has already been pricing in the worst outcome for some time so any reaction into oversold territory should present as a further buying opportunity IMO.
Don't forget that when the Intelligent Investor covered this stock, they placed a valuation on NHC without New Acland approval of $4/share based on the current and future production estimates out of Bengalla alone.
