this stock is a basket case, just stop and consider the facts::

- a $30m capital raising now and likely more dilution for shareholders likely to come

- an unproven management team when it comes to uranium mine development, that decreases the value of PDNs undeveloped uranium assets

- debt of $125M which PDN has no way of servicing at current U308 prices

- cost to restart Langer Henrich uranium mine estimated at around $100M

- further massive dilution almost a certainty the longer it takes for uranium prices to recover

whilst the uranium price continues to languish PDN will drift lower and lower and lower and lower

its a falling knife ....
