I was cautiously hopeful during the Uruguay drilling... initially. Then came repeated disasters. Those drillers were absolute muppets, the environmental activists a thorn in the side, the country not ready or willing.
This is a totally different beast, country, drillers and management. Professionally executed from the 3D seismic to the exceptional drilling... true professionals. Everything said has been delivered and more with updates the entire way. We are on the cusp of greatness. Not 100% confirmed but damn near it.
