ddwn/others: Yes, INDEED. I am surprised that FF did 'only' sign on and NOT take the occasion to make a take-over bid. NOW: Where does this leave Sumitomo?? Out in the cold unless the step up and make a much better offer for CYP than those measly $ 2.00....
