Nah I think this will settle our vendor payments. I've spoken with several large buyers and the consensus is that the only thing holding them back from really moving is the ownership issue and final payments. James has also acknowledged this. So this will be a funding deal to settle all outstanding payments IMO.
With $6m already in the bank, this will completely change the valuation of the company - depending on how the new funding is structured. Obviously it'll be equity of some sort so how large the dilution is and who the partner is will make all the difference.
Even a sub-optimal deal at 2c will be a game changer.
