why would you want one? the last cap raise in feb was a clean cut with no spp and resulted in minimal damage to the sp. september 2018 was a long drawn out affair because of the spp for holders that closed long after the institutional raise and by the time holders collected their shares they could have bought on market for much less. management learned from that dogs breakfast. Ill be looking to buy back in when this drifts to 32 cents.
