Jarrod, the founders own over 30% of the stock so a takeover cannot be completed without their acquiescence. Karl Redenbach has stated that he plans to be a billionaire from his holding which equates to over $9 per share (on my numbers they could quite conceivably be at $20 per share in the next decade or sooner). Not Microsoft nor anyone else is getting this for $3 a share, of that I am certain!
