Also if the company announces another big stepping stone when the cap raise is complete it will continue to rise. Better to get the cap raise out of the way now than to have to worry about cash problems, not to mention the cash is probably required to further the progress made. I have a buy order in at the 1c now, I think that’s a solid entry point.
