I know a few shareholders have put forward to Ted that a trading halt would be a better options.
But there are a number of things why That Lender might have said yes and now he has to sign and so the word doesn’t get out They put out a trading halt so no one can manipulate the share price no inside trading.
Anyway the last time I have checked with another stock it was up to the ASX if something is deemed price sensitive or not and if a trading halt is required.
They have the last say.
