although funds can be raised through debt financing or equity financing. I don't think it would be a CR. certainly not a standard raise where you pimp it around as a soft book build to institutions and sophs and see what you can get. Ted hates them for what they did to him after IPO.
I still expect it to be the debt facility unless he has a strategic investor which would be equally positive.
from my point of view gaining access to cash for Q4 was the last piece of the puzzle to secure this company's future. these funds however they are raised should get us through the inflection point to self sustained growth.
