Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Vanadium Limited (“AVL” or “the Company” requests an
immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to AVL’s quoted securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, AVL advises that:
a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising;
b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of
normal trading on Monday 23 September 2019 and when the announcement regarding the
capital raising is made to the market;
c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
