Why raise now - to explore patersons? Is there a problem with the stock at the central zone and the new digs at Nifty? After all the reassurances?
Was there always a need for $65m? I can’t recall any indication of that - why raise with this share price so equity is more expensive than debt. Why not go for a larger credit line? Suspect the debt debt market has been tapped out for MLX
