I know very little about this site and how this works but after signing up I can see the info in kickit2me's post.
It does look like the site has very little more info on the raising or MWR, with that said I would suggest the price and amount are probably correct and appear on freshequities via some sort of computer generated information and that it is in fact a single insto and was not some sort of desperate offering to the multitudes.
