Great to have Spenley on board, but IMO, it's way more important to have these guys participating too:
Thorney Investment Group, Perennial Value and Eight Investment Partners have bought into MGM's placement. In particular, Thorney's Alex Waislitz is one of the best investors out there - I'm always happy holding a stock that he's in.
