Here's a free lesson:
- identify companies that you suspect suck ass
- talk to people on the ground: customers, employees etc. gauge their sentiment
- it the company does indeed suck ass, check their cash situation
- if their cash also sucks ass, short them
- hold your short with nerves of steel
- profit
