I think management are being prudent and making sure they maintain a minimum cash balance through this approval process. A shame if a company seeking finance approval gets questioned by the asx as to their solvency. Bad look. I for one did not expect them to wait until they had 100k left to raise. They still need to administer this show until any new funds are in the bank. Suck it up and move on. Agree that all directors need to take up full entitlements minimum.
