They'll just delay it if the deals not done yet. No big deal. And probably nothing lost if it doesn't go through.
Going into REEs seems like a scattered approach, but they alluded to the fact that they have a strategy. They just don't want to release it publicly. I'd imagine they are looking at elements that are used in graphite downstream processing or that at least have the same end users.
They'll just delay it if the deals not done yet. No big deal....
