Red Mountain Mining Limited herewith requests a trading halt of its securities today, 24th
September 2019 pending the release of an announcement regarding the restructured
transaction, including the potential material acquisition of the complementary specialty metals
project.
The trading halt will continue until the earlier of the release of the relevant announcement or
commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26th September 2019.
