No.. I have bidded through multiple brokers for an allocation in the Capital Raising. The use of funds is mentioned in the term sheet. Not allowed to be reproduced here. If you are a S708 I suggest you set up a Freshequities account. Them and OnMarket are the best two companies for handling IPO's and CR's (assuming they can get an allocation).
