On the face of it, that would seem reasonable. However, although this announcement was news to us, I sincerely doubt that it was news to the various investment houses about the place. I'm pretty sure the "what if's" would have been discussed with them prior to the TH, hence the leaking of the proposal to the media prior to the official announcement by the company.
