I think you will find that forms would have to be in this afternoon. Giving the PR guys time to print up the details and possibly even doing a little refresher before opening tomorrow. I would love to get a update on the BLA. I do wonder if time lines may have to be pushed back a little. This would be a possible reason however I still think that the most probable is that they don't want to draw down further on the loan. They may now also be aware that the multiple potential partners aren't willing to put much up front without discounting mile stone payments and royalties to much. Hopefully this will be cleared up in the morning.
