Hi,
Cap raise is not available to retail investors.
I have to get my accountant to fill a form to show Iam a sophisticated investor.
This enables MSB not to do a prospectus which is time consuming and expensive.
I feel sure the share price will increase post placement.
Its gift at $2 should be at least $4 . imo.
