The FDA would not give out a straight no answer.. it is a discussion between the FDA and the company. If the company cannot answer the questions then we would be spitting chips but there wouldn't be a need for such a dramatic trading halt. For such a dramatic pause in trading and trading halt halfway through the day to me suggests the news is positive.

Remember from some of my previous posts regarding de-novo submissions - the FDA can get back to you within 60 days and in more than half of the cases within 120 days many of them within 150 days. I spoke with Tony around 90 to 100 days into the process and he stated that at the time he had contact with the FDA and had answered there questions promptly. We are now like 170 in... We are not a complicated class 3 Medical device or drug company that would be highly scrutinized by the FDA. We are just software based on an everyday mobile phone, low risk class 2A medical device.....

Should be positive news coming in my opinion...
