PSC group itself a total dog of a business......a real rival for Family Zone. Lost 53 million last year. Feck.
Hopefully PSC's weakened financial position enabled Tesserent to negotiate a very favourable deal - I presume they are acquiring the security division and Mr Kurt Hansen (welcome back Kurt - you won't have to deal with Keith Glennan anymore - I can't stand him either).
