If it is a cap raise, it was expected. It wont be the last either there will be more. This is normal for this industry.
NextDC have raised capital just about every year they have been in operation from what I can recall, and it was not always related to new projects either. As the balance sheet improves DXN will have access to more debt like NextDC did. They need to just keep hitting milestones like they have been lately and the share price will look after itself.
