It will be interesting to see what explanation is given to justify the cap raise. I don't have any experience in funding large organisations but it would seem to me that if the amount is only $2m and it is to fund temporary cash flow issues relating to payment terms there would be easier means of raising finance e.g. overdraft or loan facilities. It does seem to be a piddling amount for a cap raise. But we're only speculating until we get the information from the company so let's wait and see.
