Could also be cash needed for the additional partnerships that have been/will be announced for the European distribution. Surely they will have to ramp up production. Maybe just Dennis Eck spilling in another few bucks. Regardless, this will likely be for sophisticated investors only.
If they did it at a premium that would be a good signal. I just hope they won't do it at too much of a discount.
I will wait for an explanation before I judge anything.
