but it's no longer based on dilution, this has already happened. share price is up today because RFG is a safer stock to invest in today, than before the capital raise.

The dilution has most certainly not happened yet noomxx. The dilution will occur in the last week of November and again in December. At these points in time the SP will dilute by 90%
