Let's forget the last dance we shared together, this is a new venue completely.

Your numbers are right (666 shareholders lock in $20m), but I really doubt many of the very burnt retail holders will be prepared to tip in much cash into the SPP, even though it may be well in the money.

SPP are notoriously under subscribed. The diversity of thought even on this thread, would raise concerns for the more conservative or less affluent to tip in any more than a few grand.

I expect to fully subscribe unless the SP tanks between now the SPP offer closing date. I also expect to be a long term holder. I like the CEO, all levels of management have been forewarned of their tenuous positions and franchisees will be better looked after. These ingredients together with a manageable debt burden appear to lay the foundations of a stronger business and more valuable business.

Nothing ventured nothing gained.
