Disappointing-had hoped FLC could delay another capital raise until after it had been re-rated by the market. I have lost a bit of confidence in management with this capital raise. When they announce details I will review on basis of who the placement goes to-many small parties or one larger one, price and amount and also what the company states regarding the future. Whilst I am appreciative of the story behind Fluence and can see the potential I am getting very impatient. Fingers crossed the placement goes to safe hands at a price not far below the current market price.
