Fluence Corporation Limited(FLC) is raising A$30 million via a placement of approximately 68.2 millionshares to institutional and sophisticated investors (Placement), and a sharepurchase plan (SPP) capped at A$6 million. FLC reserves the right to acceptoversubscriptions under the Placement. The issue price of $0.44 represents adiscount of 12.0% to the last close, 11.8% discount to the 5 day VWAP anda 14.9% discount to the 15 day VWAP. Net proceeds of the Placement and SPP(together the Offer) will primarily be used for growth working capital.
